When will my order be processed?

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don’t ship on weekends.

During holidays and peak sale seasons, please allow extra time for your order to be processed. Orders to the USA typically take about 3-7 business days to arrive after shipment.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once your order has been processed, we won’t be able to make any changes.

Why am I receiving my items in separate packages?

It is normal for items to arrive in separate packages. To provide the fastest delivery times, we ship from multiple warehouses.

Do you charge for standard shipping?

No, we offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the USA.

Will I be charged customs or taxes?

No. Since we currently only ship within the USA, you will not be charged customs or import duties.
