Slumbriq Hot & Cold Gel Sleep Mask

This is an excellent eye mask. It blocks light effectively, and has an easily adjustable strap. I love that it has a cooling effect at room temperature, and it warms easily in the microwave (15 seconds) and chills quickly in the freezer (10 or 20 minutes). I have found it extremely comfortable to wear while sleeping. It comes with a storage pouch that helps keep the mask clean when not in use. I think it's a good value for the price. I highly recommend this mask!

This eye mask is incredibly soft and comfortable. I haven't even put it in the fridge yet, and you can already feel the cooling effect of the gel at room temperature. Personally, I don't enjoy hot compresses on my face, so I plan to use this strictly cold or at room temp. It’s going to be a lifesaver for summer naps when I need a break from the heat.The adjustable sliding buckle is a huge plus. My head is on the larger side, and being able to precisely control the tension prevents the mask from being too tight and causing headaches. It also comes with a simple plastic zipper pouch to keep it clean while storing or traveling. The mask is very comfortable, the material is soft and silky. There is an adjustable strap in the back to get a perfect fit. Once it is adjusted right it totally blocks light out. I like that it is a gel mask that keeps its shape. It is a large mask that goes up on forehead and also on cheeks. Feels cool and relaxing while wearing it. Can be put in fridge to make a cold mask or heated in microwave for a warm mask. Heat for 10 seconds in microwave then in increments of 5 seconds after that. It is made well with good stitching and is very durable. Comes with a zipper pouch to keep it in. In my opinion this is a quality mask at a good price making it a good value

I really am enjoying using this gel eye mask. Unfortunately, I spend too much time using electronics and this mask when I put it on, really relaxes my eyes. I like to use this heated as I’m hoping it will help with a couple chalazions that I have on my eye lids. It only takes about 10-15 seconds to warm up in the microwave and then it stays comfortably warm for quite a while. I also like to use this mask on my lower back to help with sciatica pain, although the heat doesn’t make the pain disappear, it feels great because of the constant warm and also the gel is nice and soft. This is a large mask and when you put it over your eyes, it completely eliminates all light. I have been trying to use this at night when in bed, but the mask is a bit too large for my face and although its soft and comfortable overall, it feels a bit too heavy across the bridge of my nose and I just can’t seem to forget about it, so I can’t fall asleep with it on. However, I wear it until the warmth wears off and then I just remove and go to sleep. This mask does have an adjustable strap to prevent is from moving too much and the material is a soft satin, which feels great against my skin. I also like to use this mask in the afternoon for a bit when I’m either listening to a podcast or meditating which I do while laying down. I think this mask is well worth the price.

This hot and cold gel eye mask works great, though I primarily use it for heat therapy rather than cold. It also comes with a handy plastic pouch for storage or travel (see photo)I made the mistake of microwaving it for 20 seconds right off the bat, which was definitely too long. It wasn't scorching hot, but it was too warm to put directly on my eyes. I should have just followed the instructions and started with 15 seconds. As with most gel masks, it does lose a good amount of its initial heat after about 5 minutes.Despite that, it is incredibly comfortable. It is slightly larger than a standard sleep mask, yet surprisingly not as thick as I expected for a gel-filled product. I actually really like this thinner design, as it allows the mask to contour perfectly to my face and block out 100% of the light.At first, I thought the elastic strap didn't have enough give to it. I was worried the mask would either feel uncomfortably tight or just fail to secure properly and slide right off my head. Fortunately, that wasn't the case at all. After adjusting starp it fits great and stays perfectly in place.

This is an awesome product! There are really 3 different options when using it. You can wear it as is which it has a great cooling affect. You can also heat the product up however, I’m not interested in that. Your third option is to put it in the fridge or freezer for extended cooling when wearing it. The product works extremely well! The fabric is very soft and silky which makes it extremely comfortable to wear. The elastic strap is perfect it is not loose but also not tight enough that it is uncomfortable. When wearing it the coverage is great and creates a very dark and comfortable environment. Overall this is a great product and an excellent value for the money!

This is a very nice silky mask with a gel insert that can be put in the freezer or popped in the microwave. I really like that the strap is adjustable. I like to use mine with the microwave. I heat it for only a short time and then put over my eyes when they are irritated or I can pop in the freezer for a short time to help with headaches. It seems to really help. The material is silky to the touch and isn't irritating to the tender skin under eyes. It came in a Ziploc style bag that works well to store it in and keep in clean between uses. The price point seems to be appropriate and a good value (currently $13.99).

If you get migraines or even regular headaches, this product is perfect for you. You either throw it in the microwave and heat it up or throw it in the freezer and it freezes. I get awful sinus headaches and the cooling option worked for me. The mask fits nicely (and I'm a guy with a big head) and it covers my eyes and allows me to relax and let the cool (or heat) seep in and it seems to relieve pressure and definitely makes you feel better. Sure, it's temporary but it's also great relief for a splitting headache. Heavyweight hefty - high quality product.

I work midnight shift (12-8 AM) so a sleeping eye mask is a must have for daytime sleeping. This mask is incredible! It’s so comfortable and your face doesn’t overheat because of the cooling feature! I love that it’s thick and completely blocks out all light! It sits on the face nicely, and once you get used to it you forever it’s even there! I seriously recommend this! Especially if you work midnight shift like I do 😊
