Slumbriq Hot & Cold Gel Sleep Mask

If you get migraines or even regular headaches, this product is perfect for you. You either throw it in the microwave and heat it up or throw it in the freezer and it freezes. I get awful sinus headaches and the cooling option worked for me. The mask fits nicely (and I'm a guy with a big head) and it covers my eyes and allows me to relax and let the cool (or heat) seep in and it seems to relieve pressure and definitely makes you feel better. Sure, it's temporary but it's also great relief for a splitting headache. Heavyweight hefty - high quality product.

This is an excellent eye mask. It blocks light effectively, and has an easily adjustable strap. I love that it has a cooling effect at room temperature, and it warms easily in the microwave (15 seconds) and chills quickly in the freezer (10 or 20 minutes). I have found it extremely comfortable to wear while sleeping. It comes with a storage pouch that helps keep the mask clean when not in use. I think it's a good value for the price. I highly recommend this mask!
